When parents or individuals contact us regarding their educational or psychological needs, we start by sending them an application for admission form via an electronic link so that they can fill it in.

We then agree a suitable time for an initial educational consultation. During the consultation, we listen to the parents and identify their causes for concerns and get the chance to meet and know the child.

Once we identify that we can indeed offer help and support, we recommend the proper course of action depending on the specific needs of each case.
